We are in north Meridian at 1532 W Cayuse Creek Drive, just off Chinden Boulevard near Linder Road, with free parking when you arrive. We see patients from every part of the city: downtown Meridian and Old Town, the Paramount, SpurWing and Lochsa Falls neighborhoods to the north, Tuscany and Century Farm to the south, and the growing Ten Mile and Black Cat corridors to the west.
Whether you are coming from shopping at The Village at Meridian, a walk at Julius M. Kleiner Memorial Park or Settlers Park, a summer day at Roaring Springs, or a game at the Meridian YMCA, you are only a few minutes from physician-supervised care at Alturas. From downtown or south Meridian: take Linder Road or Meridian Road north to Chinden Boulevard (US 20/26), turn west if you are on Meridian Road, and look for W Cayuse Creek Drive just off Chinden near Linder. About 10 minutes.
From The Village or Eagle Road: head north on Eagle Road to Chinden, then west about three miles to Linder. About 8 minutes.
From Ten Mile or the west side: Ten Mile Road north to Chinden, then east to Linder. About 10 minutes.

Yes. Alturas has one clinic, here in Meridian, and we serve Boise, Eagle, Nampa, Star and the rest of the Treasure Valley from it, plus telehealth across Idaho.
No. Lab draws, pellet placements and any physical exam happen in the clinic. Routine follow-ups can be done by video, and medication can be picked up here or shipped to your home.
