About 20 minutes and 14 miles east on I-84, with free parking when you arrive. We see patients from across Nampa: Downtown Nampa, the Idaho Center and Garrity Boulevard area, Karcher and Midland, North Nampa, the Lake Lowell and Southside area, and the neighborhoods around Northwest Nazarene University.
Whether you are driving in from Lake Lowell and the Deer Flat side of town, Downtown Nampa, the Nampa Rec Center, the Idaho Center or the Karcher area, you are 20 to 25 minutes from physician-supervised care at Alturas. Most patients make the drive once or twice, then handle follow-ups by video.

From central or south Nampa: take I-84 East toward Boise, exit at Ten Mile Road, and head north on Ten Mile to Chinden Boulevard. The clinic is just off Chinden on W Cayuse Creek Drive. Plan on about 20 minutes outside of rush hour.
From north Nampa or Karcher Road: Chinden Boulevard (US 20/26) runs straight east into Meridian, so you can skip the interstate and arrive at the same spot.
Parking: free, right at the door. Most visits are 20 to 30 minutes, so the trip fits inside a lunch break.

No. Your first visit can be in person or by video, and most follow-ups are telehealth. Lab orders can be sent to a draw site near you in Nampa. Pellet placements and any physical exam happen in the clinic.
